POWDER COATING – THE BEST PROTECTION FOR YOUR PRODUCT
We have over 30 years of experience and knowledge of powder coating technology. We perform the services in a quality and fast manner and we adapt to the specific requirements of our customers.
The coated products are scratch-resistant and have a smooth and even surface. We extend the corrosion resistance of your products with state-of-the-art pre-treatment technology.
Electrically conductive products that can withstand temperatures up to 200 °C can be dyed by powder coating. These are various steel, aluminium and cast products. Powder coating has many technical and ecological advantages compared to classical (wet) painting, which is why it is used to protect a wide range of products for household and leisure time as well as parts in the automotive industry, agricultural and construction machinery, medical equipment, metalware, furniture etc.
POWDER COATING OF MDF
Our offer also includes powder coating of products from wooden MDF boards for larger batches.
MDF is most commonly used for the manufacture of office, kitchen and bathroom furniture. Powder coating provides an even, durable and smooth surface with one coating. The products are well-protected against chips, resistant to stains, spills of liquids and scratches.
We offer cutting of boards on CNC machines according to the customer’s plan and a necessary pre-treatment for powder coating (drilling holes, rough and fine grinding).
We perform industrial coating of the MDF products of the size up to:
- length of 1000 mm
- width of 400 mm
- height of 800 mm
- thickness of MDF up to 15 mm.
CAPACITY OF THE COATING LINES
We are equipped with two state-of-the-art lines for automatic powder coating of the renowned equipment manufacturer Wagner.
We perform industrial coating of the products of the size up to:
- length of 2400 mm
- width of 750 mm
- height of 1000 mm
- max. capacity of one line: 100 m2/h.
For individual pieces of larger dimensions, up to a:
- length of 3400 mm
- width of 1800 mm
- height of 1800 mm
we also have a manual paint shop with a furnace.
The areas of products that should not be coated (threads, screws, bushings etc.) are adequately protected.
SELECTION OF A POWDER COATING
With the help of colour charts and sample plates, you can choose the desired colour and we will be happy to advise you and help you find the appropriate protection for your product.
Colour shades can be selected according to the RAL chart. The finish of the surface: smooth, fine structure, rough structure, various decorative effects (e.g. metallic, antique ...).
The choice of colour quality depends on the intended use of the product: indoors, for outdoor use, extreme climatic conditions (salinity, moisture, low/high temperatures).
